First and foremost, the team gave us the assurance that we can handle the load:<\/p>\n\n\n\nFurthermore, our WMTs are sitting in our wallets doing absolutely nothing for 3-4 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We were finally given the opportunity to do something with them… lo and behold, the early staking and EN reservation failed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
No doubt, this pisses off many investors, including myself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Now, The Good News… <\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\nThis is an unfortunate event but it is only a small hiccup in the grant scheme of things… no one will remember this in 6 months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have been in crypto for a while to understand that no project is flawless… every single one has issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even the big 3 cryptos: BitCoin, Ethereum, and Cardano have many issues. More than you can imagine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
World Mobile is a phenomenal project with real-use cases backed by a great team. Nevertheless, it still faces challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The good news is, the hiccup happened before Mainnet is live. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“In the midst of every crisis, lies great opportunity”<\/p>Albert Einstein<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\nIsn’t now the perfect time to seize every opportunity we can to learn from this experience? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I believe this is good news because we can only grow stronger from this experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/span>Why Did I Invest in World Mobile?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\nThe truth is, I am not interested in the rewards or how the reward system is designed…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Right now, I just hope I can reserve my Earth Node and get over this ASAP so we can start focusing on the real thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am more interested in the technical side of setting up an Earth Node so I can study all the details beforehand and run the node as efficiently and effectively as I can when Mainnet launches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why did I invest in World Mobile? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\nI invested in WMT so I can be part of a movement that changes lives everyday<\/strong>… and hopefully make decent returns at the same time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/span>What Should We Do Moving Forward?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\nFor the moonbois and ‘wen Lambo?’ folks, I have totally nothing to say… you have every right to be pissed off and angry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But for the rest of the community, I urge you to not be swayed by this minor hiccup… It is NOT worth our frustration and anxiety over… we have a much bigger mission ahead of us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let’s focus on the bigger picture… Let’s bridge the gap of equality by allowing everyone to have equal access to the internet… <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nThis is what it means to invest in World Mobile… making a difference in people’s lives and making money at the same time. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\nI love the mission. I adore the project. And I still have absolute trust in the team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
